Returns & Exchanges Policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR GRANT  REFUNDS.

However, we do understand items may not fit to your liking. We are unable to exchange worn or damaged merchandise; it must be in it's original packaging with tags attached to be exchanged. Refunds will be approved only if the desired exchange size is unavailable.

You must notify us at [email protected] to receive an exchange/refund authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our standards of resale conditions which includes; but is not limited to any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and/or smoke.

You must request an exchange authorization within 14 days of the delivery date. All exchanges must be send back within the 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping fees when exchanging. The item will be inspected and in the event that the item does not meet the standards outlined, the item will not be able to be exchanged. After the 14 day time period has ended, we will no longer be able to exchange your merchandise.
